As a parent, this was the scariest thing I’ve experienced with my son, especially that I had no idea what was happening.

I had this growing up from 11-14. It would always flare up in the summer, along with severe sore tonsils. My last severe spring cold was during my senior year in high school. Nothing major since then, yay!

I remember waking up in the middle of the night because I couldn’t breathe with this. My mom used to make me breathe in hot water vapor until my airway opened… good times

Turn the shower on the hottest setting and let the babies sit in the bathroom until it subsides
It could take up to 15 min to go away but it always does… the moisture in the air is what helps it apparently!!! I have done this with 2 different children at least 5 times when they were littte I noticed they had always get this when a cold front came through and we were outside all day!!!

I know it’s so scary try this it words
