This girl should play in open. Her rating was 600 elo higher than the average rating of the girl group and that was why she won all the games so easily. She actually has a very high rating for her age and that's why for 11 games won, she gained only 1 elo. In open group she would also be one of the highest seeded, with a good chance of winning, but the level would be a bit higher so it would be a bit more difficult for her. But it would also be very good for her development. The girl clearly has a talent for chess, but she will waste it if she continues to play only with girls weaker than herself.
