I completed my 2nd session with Mr. Ralphs yesterday. I had my first session a week ago, and I wanted to quit smoking cigarettes after 10 years. I came to this quite open minded, and at the end of our first session I was smiling. Mr. Ralphs gave me a sense of confidence, both by his 30 years of experience, but most importantly to me, by his smooth presentation of the Hypnotic 'journey'. Hypnosis is quite fun. I have to say that I loved being read to as a kid, so Hypnosis done as Mr. Ralph presented it was a very pleasant, as well as effective, process. I am very glad I choose Mr. Ralphs to help me let go of the nicotine bully.
