Ukrainian President Zelenskyy thanks U.S. Congress for war funding

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky addressed U.S. Congress and thanked them for the funding that’s been provided for the war in Ukraine. President Biden announced an additional $1.85 billion aid package for Ukraine shortly before Zelenskyy addressed Congress on December 21, 2022.
