Gravity Falls - Shortened Opening Theme Song - HD

First shown with the episode Northwest Mansion Mystery, this officially shortened version of the Gravity Falls opening theme song was made so that the episode itself could have more content squeezed in.

-electric guitar is waaay earlier
-no electric piano at end
-no reversed piano at end (clearer whisper)

The differences:
Overall is about 3 times more condensed. (3.2 to be more specific.)
This version has one less bar in the opening, going from 4 to 3 bars.
Many opening sequences are removed.
Reverse piano removed, allowing for less time to show logo.
Will update regularly, this is very much a work in progress

Alex said somewhere that the shorter theme will be used only if neccessary (like in northwest mansion), in most episodes we will get full version.

Here's what I don't understand. They shortened this intro in order to squeeze more content into the 22 minute time limit, right? But several episodes in season 1 went over that time. Gideon Rises, for example, clocked in at 24 minutes 4 seconds long.

When this played in Not What He Seems I got so excited, when It plays in the finale it will feel so good to see these 15 seconds for 1 final time, I think the shortened opening makes it more exciting.

I see that people are hating on this intro, and I understand why. But it's still the Gravity Falls Intro, and I'd say it's still amazing

Gone? It's still in the old episodes and Alex has said (somewhere according to other comments) that they will still use the full opening for the slightly shorter episodes.

Tbh, I have never been more disappointed in anything than seeing the shortened version of the opening for the first time.
