Our 14-Day Challenge includes 10 days of quick and effective Pilates workouts that will build core strength, restore posture & mobility, and renew your energy. Our six custom breathwork sessions led by Kiesha Yokers, 2x Certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, will help release toxins in the body, improve sleep, and release fear, grief and anger. We will also have a series of habit-forming Sunday Setup Interactive Workshops on Zoom with our founder and lead Pilates instructor, Robin Long, to get you set up for a healthy week.
