R O B B E R Y. From the judge to the lawyers; these people had ZERO to do with Tesla’s incredible growth and success. They should never be allowed to dictate a single dollar of where the company’s money goes.

I'm a Tesla investor and voted for Elon Musk's compensation plan. Each goal was combined with an increase in Tesla's market capitalisation. He kept his side of the bargain, as a shareholder I am upset that a judge has over-ridden my shareholders rights to allow me to keep my side of the bargain. If shareholders, or the judge, disagreed with the compensation plan the appropriate time to complain was when the vote was taken. This decision does make me look twice at companies registered in Delaware.

The irony of this case is outstanding. It appears the case is to call out "corruption " of the BOD & Elon's pay package, when in reality, the whole case / lawyers/judge was predesigned corruption of the law. I hope Tesla appeals this to the end. What is to prevent a "rinse & repeat" lawsuit from some other law firm looking for easy money . What happened to the idea that the government and courts were suppose to a "fair referee "

According to news reports the lawyers are asking for the equivalent of roughly $300, 000 per hour (for roughly 20, 000 hours of work).

This makes me wanna vomit. The lawyers should go after CEO’s that don’t perform but get high pay like Lucid’s CEO. Elon deserves this pay package.

All Tesla has to do is use the exact same judgement the judge gave against Elon - as to why his pay package was gross - against the payout requested by the plaintiff's lawyers. Also the paintiff would be directlu harming all the Tesla shareholders which is ironic given that the plaintiff proports to be acting in the shareholders best interests.
