Drawing a Pyramid of Tetrahedrons ▲ Sacred Geometry

I was wandering around the internet when I stumbled upon a pattern made up of a pyramid of tetrahedrons. The pattern I found was made by Pierre Voisin from Daily Minimal. It looked satisfying so I wanted to see if I could figure out how to draw it.

VERY impressive freehand straight lines....You have really made this look do-able for me, thanks. I find doing intricate work peaceful as well...I think its partly because you are creating something that is orderly and in a world that is often chaotic, control and order, balance and harmonious interlocking shapes make (me anyway) feel calm and good.
