So amusingly enough tommy, all sound based moves like boomburst go through substitutes in gen VI, and snarl is sound based so it goes through even without infiltrator.  Of course infiltrator still lets you hit with wisp and through screens

I personally think that banning hax items( other than king's rock and co which could use a ban as well) is something Smogon and a lot of other rule sets got right.

What's the point of using Ninjask instead of Blaziken? They both have Speed Boost and learn Substitute & Baton Pass, the speed difference won't matter after a couple of turns, and Blaziken has higher Health and Defenses.
