Two sides to this. 1) The guy actually is strong as the weight is still present. 2) He created a fulcrum keeping the weight balanced and easier to lift.

You can do it with two hands, you just use the second one to balance it, rather than lifting with both.

bruh its Hissy, world records holder in his weigh class and Guiness record holder, hes very very strong, and often makes these hard chalenges on public to prove that hes a chad here. of course its finding weigh balance, but the weight itself on the bard is about 120-130 + the bar, not many people can deadlift 140-150 kg on the bard both sides put equal, this one makes it 10 times harder
