VSCode and Anaconda - conda : The term 'conda' is not recognized - 100 Day Challenge Day #2

I'm totally new to Anaconda, Python, ML and AI.

I'm going through a #100DaysOfCode challenge to see what can be achieved.

This is Day #2 of my journey.

VSCode, Anaconda and Powershell Execution Policies.

PowerShell PS conda activate base
Error: "conda : The term 'conda' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again."

I can't seem to set the execution policy to remote signed, its giving me InvalidArgument can't convert argument message
