Spatial Data Analyses and AI Models for Cancer Research

During this Junior Investigator Session of the Cancer Moonshot Seminar Series, Adam Spannaus, Ph.D. (Oak Ridge National Laboratory) and Chenchen Zhu, Ph.D. (Stanford University) share spatial data analyses and artificial intelligence models for cancer research. This work is related to the Blue Ribbon Panel recommendations to build a national cancer data ecosystem and generate human tumor atlases.
