Trump REVERSED in STUNNING Appeal

In a stunning reversal of fortune for the Trump Administration and a win for workers and union members everywhere, in a 7-4 decision, the en banc panel of the DC Court of Appeals has ruled against it, and reinstated Gwen Wilcox (National Labor Relations Board) and Cathy Harris (Merit Service Protection Board) in their seats during the appeal, with the 3 Trump appointed judges voting in dissent and against 90 years of Supreme Court precedent.
