I know the area well.
I'm not liking the floors, but could live with them I guess.
That fridge is cool ....wish it was a bit bigger, but cool none the less.
Like the brick wall(s). That bedroom ...not sure how I feel about it, but if the closet is large then it would be good. The bathroom, for just having one, is pretty nice.

how do you clean that brick wall in the kitchen, say if you spill sauces or simply the oil from frying stuff??
