Mummy Makeover basically means turning back the changes caused by the pregnancy and childbirth.
Essentially consists of two major procedures:
1. Tummy tuck - to tighten the loose muscle, suck out the excess fat, remove the stretchmarked loose abdominal skin
2. Breast Correction - Most commonly a Lift. During breast feeding the glands enlarge and replace the fat but post breast feeding the fat doesn't come back and that cause a sag. This is corrected by a Breast lift with autoaugmentation or a breast lift with an implant augmentation
Other ancillary procedures which can be done together are:
3. Brazilian Butt lift: fat grafting to the buttocks.
4. Vaginal Tightening - post a vaginal childbirth because of stretching of the perineal tissues
5. Labiaplasty - shortening of the lips
6. Fat grafting to the vaginal lips
7. Pigmentation issues.
