I LOVE the E30. My son has a 1991 318is and I have a 1989 318i touring (wagon). Fantastic cars. My wagon is my daily driver.

Alright alright I have been waiting for you to talk about this car for a long time. E30 is a great platform don't get me wrong. But everyone is sleeping on the E21 chassis... maybe it's just the insanely purist community trying to keep it hidden from mankind for as long as possible, but It sure feels like the older brother that led the way and didn't get the recognition it truly deserved. Yeah, the E30 gave us the first M3 and that was cool but the E21 cemented BMW as a company and was the platform for the first ALPINA spec car AND the 320 group 5 rally car which is just so badass. We will be doing a whole series on this platform soon, and mark my words we will shed light on this unsung hero. #JusticefortheOG3series
