Blue Shield has been giving me the run around for 6 months. They assigned a Senior Manager in Care Management, Matt Sandlow and now he is ignoring my requests for an update. Blue Shield must have found something they don't want to atone for in their call logs....

Why do you have the time and money to make these marketing videos but not have the time and money to get me my meds and do a proper investigation as to why you denied me my meds and treat me with a basic level of humanity and respect. Blue shield has not.

This government healthcare is worse then before and the “You can keep your doctor promise” well that’s not the case in most cases. Also the deductibles keep escalating and premiums to. My ductable the first year was $1100. And now they’re $7, 000 -$10, 000. It’s only going to get worse and coverage will continue to be limited in order to cut costs.
