If you're worried about having to choose between footswitch and expression, there is a midi device called the Expressionator that splits the expression output into 3 and controls multiple switches and expression pedals.

I remember when you started this channel you did not have much gear. I am a paraplegic and the gear is invaluable to me since I have to use my hands to play and switch things but without Jesus as my Lord and Savior none of it would matter 🙏

I bought a PirateMidi Click to use with my HX FX and Mesa Mark V, and it works great. I'm not using individual pedals at this point. Should I buy a PM Bridge to change snapshots so I can keep the HX FX in stomp mode?

I'd get into soldering your own cables so you can place things wherever you want and never run into issues. I have a pedalnetics favorite switch for my cloudburst. Fantastic company.

I am a multi effects pedal guy through and through and the concept of having big hybrid boards is... foreign to me...but... but... the HX Stomp + enough pedals to build another pedalboard + dual tonex?!! I love your build. I didnt even know the HXone exists. I rocked my HX Pedalboard for a while for bass but now im currently rebuilding it for guitar.
The only real issue i have is the Send/Return is kinda noisy when you put it infront of a OD/Distortion.
I pretty much want to control everything via Stomp and set minor changed with pedals.
Are Y cables that bad for sound quality?
I need to have one cause i go from HX out into a single Jack for my DI. So i need a Y cable for that. I also need a Y Cable for Send L and R to go to 1 Gate Pedal and then i whould need a 3rd Y for splitting the Gate into my other 2 pedal i want to have allways on but i can swtich the HX block to eather LoopL or LoopR to choose which pedal i want to have active :S

I dont really like the aproach aswell... 3 Y cable in one setup :S What you say? Im kinda to grumpy to buy a Splitter Pedal for 130€ when a 10€ cable does kind of the same :S
