How to Replace Headlight 2007-2013 Mitsubishi Outlander

Gone are the days of a 10 minutes headlamp replacement, I can't believe how over complicated and cheap the new cars are, a bunch of plastic pins holding plastic body parts together. I guess they make a lot of money now that there is no bumper to bang up when you have a fender bender in the whole foods parking lot. But thank you very much for the great step by step tutorial on how to not only replace the headlamp assembly, but to replace the bumper when it gets scratched up.

Is there a way to tell if the shop actually replaced the headlight? My SUV is relatively new and the headlight wasn’t broken/cracked but the shop claims a clip/tab is broken so the whole thing needs to be replaced. TIA

Did you really need to take out front bumper in order to replace the headlight? Or somehow, its possíble to fit the tool in painel?

Remove your entire bumper to replace a headlight assembly …. Terrible design
