My favourite Hackett album, just above Defector for me. This song is beautiful, and it shows how beautiful guitars can be. Bands like Van Halen and Nirvana really don’t make the guitar sound beautiful, they make it an ugly instrument and I think more people need to see people like Hackett and Fripp and Gilmour before they can truly form an opinion on it. Love this song and it’s a shame I didn’t get to see it on his most recent tour but hopefully next year!🙏

I first heard this in 1979 when Spectral Mornings was released and I've never tired of hearing it since. Has to be one of the greatest of Steve's incredible number of tracks. Genesis was never the the same for me when Steve Hackett left.

I saw Steve tour for this album at San Jose State's Morris Daly Auditorium. I sat on the floor in front of the short stage, my elbow resting on the stage to take photos. What an incredible show!
