Показать описание
Alveolar bone, also called the alveolar process, is the part of maxillary and mandibular bone that forms the tooth socket. It's also the fourth component of the periodontium and essentially plays a prime rule to support the roots of the teeth and keeps them in place. So let's discuss the basic structure of bone and correlate it with the structure of alveolar bone. 🙂🙂
