Irfan Nooruddin, professor of Indian politics at Washington's Georgetown University, joins France 24's Leela's Jacinto to discuss Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modis controversial campaign speech on Sunday, in which he called Muslims in the country “infiltrators". The remarks, while "ugly" are consistent with Modi's rhetoric throughout his decade in power, says Nooruddin.
