Hilti GX2 gas operated gun speed shooting steel stud track

The hilti GX2 is a very capable fastening tool for nailing sterl track to concrete using 3/4" pins. It operates using a gas canister and powered by a hilti 12v battery for the cooling system. I use it for steel stud framing. Upgrade to the hilti GX120 gas nailer.

Can you shoot slotted track without the tool sitting inside the track? The bx3 nose can not compress completely in deeper track. I'm curious if the gx2 can.

@dobermanview1886 Any idea how's these perform in extreme cold? We're up in Alberta, Canada and will often be framing interiors on high rise towers before the exterior is closed in. The BX3's really struggle
