I haven't played in a couple years now, but I might come back for solo raids. The end game of lost ark just got way too grindy for me. Introducing solo raids makes it more accessible to people who want to play more casually.

Yes!!! Solo raids! I genuinely hope those will scale up as more end game content is added. I'm honestly so done with all the gatekeeping and waiting for hours in lobbies. I don't have a lot of time to play so I'd rather spend that time actually playing the game rather than spending hours trying to get into lobbies and spending even more time waiting for the "perfect candidates".

I hope you guys bring back the story express that gave us rewards each time we finished a region. You can remove all the gold rewards to avoid exploits from bots if you want. I just want to be able to experience all the old content and get the appropriate gear. It would be cool if this were a permanent feature; it would be a nice incentive for new players to come join the game! It'll be less overwhelming than jumping into end game and being gatekept (see a pattern here?) by more experienced players.

Solo mode is a huge win. I would give Lost Ark another try just for that. I hope to see scaling raids eventually and scaling mechanics. One of the biggest problems no ability to practice mechanics without bringing a whole group down.

So a small honing elevation till 1580 and thats it ? How returning and new players are supposed to join everyone? you promised this :
"We’re working with Smilegate RPG on a new end-game progression event that will be active throughout the summer to alleviate some of the grind as we head toward T4. We’re still locking in the name and final rewards given all the other content and changes coming, but players will be reminded of events like “Path of the Souleater” or “Descend into Darkness”. This will help newer or returning players get their main ready for Tier 4, or experienced players level up a favorite alt. "
A lot of people are stuck between 1600 and 1620, they can't join the fun, that's those people who are on the verge of quitting this game, gatekept on everything, thats who you need to help in priority, we need a pass to help our main character (for the returning players) to get to 1620, with tons of mats and golds like Descend into Darkness, so we can get to the ilvl to get those freaking legendary elixirs.

Someone mentioned an interesting thing for example: While there are indeed some positive aspect in having solo raid. It doesnt seems to really be a permanent solution and could either make game greater or break the game. Solo raid also seems to be somekind of 'hidden gold nerf' all the way to voldis and below. So if people arent already like 1630+ and forced to do solo raid for whatever reason that become a very low gold income. Why cant Lost Ark as a solution to still incentivize doing 8man raid instead increase the gold you get from Voldis and all raid below. For example if you still wanna do 8man brell normal or hard you can get more rewards now not only normal gold reward but the additional plus in total sum on each gate a 2000g(bound) gold in normal and +3000g(bound) for if you do hard mode brell and clearing all the gates that week. And any same bound gold(with increased value til voldis) can be gotten on any 8man raid from Voldis below. The additional bound gold reward can always talked between Lost Ark and staff. But seeing as you still get same reward and now get bound gold extra. That means people even with solo raid in the game can still be incentivize to do the 8man raids because of greater reward. So it does encourage people(even new players) to learn 8man mech well too so they can do 8man raids and get more rewards. I think in all honestly this is really a good idea. Because the meaning of the MMO like is suppose to be raid incentive and do 8man etc. And not become a Lost Ark monotone game in the future. Because that would make the game really loses its value if its always become a solo raid thing. And there is point to this that should not easily be downplayed.
Solo raid is there to teach you something new and get familiar with it. But it doesnt mean to replaces doing 8man raids. That should still be the fundamental aspect.

I wish Lost Ark added some alternative forms of content outside of raids that provide just as useful vertical progression, like more dungeon-based content or improving open world bossing incentives. Lost Ark has amazing combat but raiding is all that the game really has, and the gameplay loop feels like a second job. It heavily caters more to hardcore players and doesn’t have much outside of that. It’s better now than it used to be, that is for sure, but Lost Ark has a lot of untapped potential and I hope the game can live up to that someday. Until then, I’m good.

any story express pass or something im a returning player and boosting to 1580 feels a bit overwhelming for me no clue what is going on i rather spend a bit more time do full msq and clear island to understand and learn the class a bit.

Need some achievment update. There are some not working achievments and some are to crazy or imposible to make. Alšova some better rewards for makinking them and we need posibility to compare achievments with other players.
