I'm gonna say this. Rey's a very underrated Intercontinental Champion. He had splendid matches against guys like Jericho, Edge, Ziggler. He was also part of the main event scene as champion. Shame they never speak on that.

Man I really wish Edge never retired from 2011-2020. He no doubt would've beated Ric Flair's 16 titles before Cena, and all the amazing feuds he could've had with 2011 Punk, 2012 Sheild, 2014 Daniel Bryan and 2016 AJ Styles.
