Any great CEO would admit their mistakes and immediately correct them. Having said that Li should close all Onvo stores and fire all Onvo sales reps and move sales in NIO stores. Onvo cars could easily be sold by existing NIO sales reps.

Yes, it was a discouraging quarter, but somehow it was clear it wouldn't be easy because spending would skyrocket due to the launch of ONVO and Firefly even if they had had successful sales. Let's hope William's cost-cutting changes improve the outlook and bring us closer to the desired profitability soon. I hope he's learned from these mistakes this time and that he knows what he's doing by giving ONVO's CEO a chance despite having reasons to fire him.

NIO has excellent cars, they just need to improve their management and administration. They have enormous potential, and if they do this right, the company will show everyone how great it really is.

They have way too many car models and it gets confusing. Keep it simple and no needs to create separate companies like Onvo or firefly. Just keep it all under NIO brand but different model number

The chinese market is very competitive and cut throat. Yes, NIO made some incredible assumptions and plans based on market research and unfortunately, the result was not what was expected. Closing ONVO stores means Xpeng, LI or someone will take these spots and this would put NIO behind. I heard all this years ago with NIO Houses and delivery centers. it's dollars and cents and I get it. BUT, coming to China would certainly open your eyes.
I'll take my chances but CYVN & CATL I doubt would tie itself to NIO if this was a sinking ship. it's not. Think about it - Porsche lost 150B rmb in 2024 in china. NIo has lost 100B rmb in 10 years. I think we got the better deal. Look out your window at all the infrastructure!!!
