Many Americans, struggling against the rising cost of living, persistently low wages, and a rapidly changing job market, have begun to lose hope in the American Dream. Yet the federal government clings to old and outdated policies and institutions which do nothing to address the needs of the day. A new conservative reform agenda, centered on strengthening middle class families, is the best way to assure that the road ahead is one of prosperity and promise for all.
