Great info with the credit card, that's the same for those of us in Korea who go back to the states or elsewhere and use our Korean credit card while abroad! Regarding cash, I haven't used cash in probably 3 or 4 years!

I'm staying in Mapo-gu for language studies! Glad to hear that it's one of the cheaper areas to be in 🙌Looking forward to a part 2! ✨

Thank you so much for your videos. I am mixed Korean and Turkish but lived in America most of my life so although I know the culture and language I am somewhat detached from the daily lifestyle. Your videos are such a good help when I visit. Thank you!

Those are very good tips Megan and the one about freezing the trash in the freezer to get rid of the smell is very useful. 😊

I'd like to thank you for all the tips immensely. Seoul/Ilsan--Apr 11--20 Jeju--Apr 20--24 Busan--Apr 24--28 Daegu--Apr 28--May 7. is our itinerary and I can't wait to meet new people and have more appreciation for the people that live here. So many nice people I didn't expect! But Seoul seems like the city of tourism. Still! I was not expecting it. I learned things from this video I never would have known otherwise! If I run into you I'll make sure to say hi!!

Love NoBrand. Those smaller HomePlus Express and Lotte Express marts also have some good markdowns on veg and fruit if you go at night when they bundle and reduce the soon to expire stuff. The expiration date isnt a detonator tho. You can still get a day or two or more out of most things. And you can portion and freeze meat to get the most out of it. ✌

Thank you for the tips. A part 2 would be great, but also a video on how to get Korean classes in Korea would also be amazing.

I really love this video you are so so helpful! The most helpful tip was the grocery stores. I'm going to be able to get some things. in the next video I'd love the best places to just grab and go get quick meals. I think you may have covered that in your street food tho hehehe but this is so great!
