The Palisades reservoir was empty and 'off line' for repairs that have taken way longer than it should have! As a lifetime Californian, I've never seen such a nincompoop Governor in my life. We have Aquaman- Gavin Newsom who gets rid of the dams and saves the fish, allows dead brush to accumulate and turn into kindle for years, doesn't have monthly checkups on the fire hydrants, cuts the budget to the fire department. Then sends our brave women and men to combat wildfires raging out of control without an adequate water supply/source. Gavin is a NINCOMPOOP Governor. 🤷
