Returning this bulb. Tried for two days to connect and nothing. Cleared cache, deleted etc.

Probably the worst bulbs I've ever used. The most difficult to connect, constantly disconnects, and firmware updates render them useless. Buy ANYTHING else.

Just bought BR30 bulbs and they will not pair with the app at all. They do not have the forced pairing by turning it on and off 3 times. The only way to connect it seems to be the QR code, and the app is not recognizing them at all.

My ATT U-verse router isn't listed so it isn't supported...dang and I bought at BBandBeyond going out of business sale.

The bulbs frequently disconnect and it takes a lot of time and patience to reconnect to the point that I removed them all. I have the plugs too and I've completely given up on them. I'm trying to set the bulbs up again, but im quickly reminded how unpleasant it is to set them up, especially with the bulb flashing to the point of threatening to give someone a seizure.

Spend the extra few dollars and get philips.

Should I leave the light switch turned ON all the time after installing the Globe Smart Bulb 💡and control the “off” by the Globe Suite app? Will this waste electricity since the bulb is now ON all the time? $$$ 💸💸💸💸

Buy twenty of these bulbs for each person you hate! These bulbs have nearly caused me a divorce! I bought twenty of them and put them around my house and shed! They're absolute garbage! Even the ones five feet from the router do not stay connected, and there's no way to change the network on all devices at once prior to actually changing the wifi password! So you have to go around and change each bulb individually!

Also, there's no way to turn the bulb off and leave it in standby mode so that it can be turned back on using the network, which is stupid!

"Smart Bulbs" they are not! I wouldn't recommend these to anyone I like or love! 👎👎

@Globe Electric Can you please clarify, are the "Mood" settings animated color-changing lighting modes, where the light changes colors dynamically/automatically? I am considering purchasing your lighting, but need to verify that the lights do this one thing.

You need to use with a wifi network that is less than 5 Ghz. It pairs if you choose this setting. Sort of problematic, but at least I got it to work for now.
