The problem is they are not giving me a chance. I have a legal background, Bachelor of Laws and Barrister At Law, 1 year Cyber security, less Canadian experience. I like Cyber Operations, Compliance, Foreign Signals Intelligence. I am very ready to learn and teachable. Please, when you don't give someone a chance how will you know the person's capability, how will an individual get the experience when not given a chance. trainings don't count? most Even entry level positions asking for 5 and 10years of experience. Its sad and frustrating. Only if they understand how much they break people with high skill willing to work. Empathy. Please give people a chance.
