100% Correct. I’m no expert but this is the only video that I’ve seen that explains the following.

Buying a Call option and stock price rises: Option Value Rises

Buying a Put option and stock price lowers: Options Value Rises

*people usually get confused when buying a PUT thinking the value of the option will lower if the price of the stock lowers.
