Поднимание Смаевым на трицепс конечно сложнее чем на бицепс у Леонидаса. И по силовым подтягиваниям даже не знаю кто может быть сильнее Смаева. Смаев это уникум. The most impressive display of strength in the video was Andrey Smaev absurdly easy pullup with 80KG additional weight strsapped to him and Andrey Smaev's dumbell rowd with 170KG.
