I think they should learn to put them in before hand. Also they probably hurt either because they are dry, inside out, or just shitty contacts.

The reason why it hurts is because it's been touched with dirty hands since you tried to put it several times. It takes practise. The first time i wasn't able to do it too. But now since i have to wear them everyday i can put them wothout any blink.
