I belive the outputfile1 doesnt have the first row as header, which can be done by selecting the first row as header while creating the output dataset or in the output dataset properties.
Ive come to this conclusion bcz inthe o/p file1 the headers are in quotes like "id", "name", "qty" and in the o/pfile2 we have headers as id, name, qty and values in the quotes.

Not a big deal but just my observation.
