The Shenzhou-15 crew keeps fit with a "space bike," a "resistance device" and a "space treadmill" aboard the Tiangong space station, according to China Central Television. See astronauts Deng Qingming and Zhang Lu get a workout in.

This is very similar to the biking treadmill I have at home. Exercise is important!

Man, I wish we were all just working together. The Chinese space program, and most importantly all of the people who make up the teams that make each individual aspect of these enormous achievements in technology possible, have so thoroughly demonstrated their collaborative abilities in every aspect of space exploration that I want to specifically call attention to it, and offer them my bit of the overall MASSIVE credit that they deserve. There can be no question, the people of China have every bit as much to offer humanity as human beings from everywhere else on the planet, because we are humans, and they are humans. I have never believed otherwise, but I don't want the political moment to cloud anyone's recognition of that.

That being said, I hate that we aren't going to space as one humanity, STILL after all this time. I hate that they aren't on the International Space Station, and that we aren't working on dozens and dozens more space stations and missions together as a collective force...a FULLY COLLECTIVE force. I don't want to race China to the Moon, I want to help China get to the Moon, and have them help us get to the Moon again, simultaneously. As in, we should be going together. I want to cheer China on when they reach these important technological milestones (which I will continue to do), not watch other people fearing their advancement.

*We have to collaborate, and we're at our best when we do. Period, end of story.*
