I am italian born and raised and I make lasagna from scratch starting with flour and eggs and making the pasta sheets by hand. There is only one thing that pisses me off and it's the ketchup 😂😂. Everything else I can accept because lasagna can be modified, for example we make fish lasagna or vegetarian lasagna sometimes

The best pizza I’ve ever had was Chinese pizza. Have lived in both China and Italy. Different flavours… but we all know the story of how pizza and pasta were an adaptation of Chinese recipes sent to Italy by Marco Polo.
