Ο Καπετάν Γιάννης Ξεσηκώνει στο Πανηγύρι του Πυθαγορείου Σάμου με τον Χορό του Μηχανικού!

Στο Πανηγύρι των Εθελοντών Πυροσβεστών Πυθαγορείου που γίνεται κάθε χρόνο κάτω από το όμορφο άγαλμα του μεγάλου Μαθηματικού και Φιλοσόφου Πυθαγόρα ο Καπετάν Γιάννης ξεσηκώνει τον κόσμο με τον Καλυμνιώτικο Χορό του Μηχανικού είναι ο δημοφιλέστερος χορός της Καλύμνου. Αποτελεί αναπαράσταση του «πιασμένου» μηχανικού, δηλαδή του δύτη που βουτούσε με σκάφανδρο κι έχει πιαστεί, έχοντας πάθει τη νόσο των δυτών που ήταν η ημιπαράλυση.
