Rugby Conditioning - 3 * 6 minute tempo runs/shuttles

For this session you will need to set up 2 balls roughly 10m away from each other. If you are able to get to a park or rugby/football pitch then you can simply complete the session on there.

Session breakdown:

- 1st minute: Complete 6 shuttes (or the length of a pitch) in 15 to 20 seconds then complete a plank for the remainder of the minute.

- 2nd minute: Complete 6 shuttes (or the length of a pitch) in 15 to 20 seconds then complete 10 push ups and rest for the remainder of the minute.

- 3rd minute: Complete 6 shuttes (or the length of a pitch) in 15 to 20 seconds then complete a side plank for the remainder of the minute.

- 4th minute: Complete 6 shuttes (or the length of a pitch) in 15 to 20 seconds then complete 10 push ups and rest for the remainder of the minute.

- 5th minute: Complete 6 shuttes (or the length of a pitch) in 15 to 20 seconds then complete a side plank for the remainder of the minute.

- 6th minute: Complete 6 shuttes (or the length of a pitch) in 15 to 20 seconds then complete a 10 push ups and rest for the remainder of the minute.

- Rest for 2 minutes and repeat twice.

If you wish to challenge yourself, reduce your time to complete the shuttles/100m run and increase the difficulty of the active recovery (i.e. completing different variations of planks or complete more than 10 push ups).
