It's great that in the country that incarcerates more of its own people than any other country on Earth, including the use of solitary confinement as administrative punishment, we're more worried about the psychological state of a an astronaut spending a year in space.

Jack is great, truly, but I honestly love when Nathan narrates his own videos just as much. Nathan has this calming quality to his voice, but I always hear this different level of passion and... wonder?...a little awe, maybe?...and it kinda makes my heart beat a little more, because knowing and hearing how much he truly digs his topics makes it all so authentic on a level I can feel.
Speaking of wow the intro!!! Having that intro with the ever-recognizable Jack narrating, well, nothing says "Strange Mysteries" in quite the same way. :) Smash it together with a perfect accompaniment of tracks underscoring the most interesting information available, and with Jack's perfect delivery of dark humor and the data that is the meat of the video, and my night is infinitely better!
Now off to support this channel...content creators like Strange Mysteries are the whole reason I was able to cut the cord years ago, and I have continued to use the money I saved from the cable TV bill to support the channels I love the most...this channel was one of my first loves on YT, and I am so happy it is still here...I hope it remains and grows, and that my contribution helps it persist...maybe it will assist in purchasing hypothermic stasis and a trauma pod, even??? ;)

These scientific studies and research won't make it to mainstream video until they become a reality, the truth is, that there are literally hundreds if not thousands of things being researched right now, and so many companies are developing and researching technology, whether it's in biotech, quantum computing, robotics, space, etc. in a 30 minute newscast, people just want to know the weather, who won the game, and what the traffic is like, if someone has an interest in what's going on with genetic engineering for example, they just need to subscribe to any one of the many sources for that kind of information.

technology moves so fast, that whatever your interest is, you need to be updated continuously.
