For anyone who have LAPTOP and dont work, maybe is because of integrated graphics of your cpu, you need to dehactivate the integrated graphics in the bios, i have a Lenovo LEGION 5 WITH RTX 3060 LAPTOP +amd Ryzen 7 5800h, integrated graphics consume ram thats why it wont run, i hope i hell some of you with laptops.

Do you know why my 3060 drops to 15 fps whenever I enter main menu or raid but when entering gunsmith and shooting range it goes back above 60 fps. When this happens my GPU is at constant 100% but under 55 C temps while CPU is at around 25%. Only 13GB out of 32 GB RAM and 4GB out of 12GB VRAM is used. In raid it is not constant 100% with this stutter and lag and mouse input delay but almost always around loot, players or buildings just like in main menu.
