I feel like deep down he still has some respects for captain america, while the rest of the avengers he doesn't care about.

Movie Wolverine said “F the Avengers” for one of two reasons: He either blames them for not being there when the X-Men were killed, or he came into direct conflict with them after he lost control when the X-Men were killed. Comics Wolverine doesn’t hate the Avengers. They’re not the same as the X-Men to him, but he certainly doesn’t hate them. He has too many good relationships with too many of the Avengers for that to be true. Captain America, Thor, Hercules, Black Widow, Captain Marvel, The Thing, Spider Woman, Spider-Man, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, etc are all legitimate friends of his. They were all friends before he even joined the team. There’s actually an issue where Wolverine was spiraling into depression and half of the Avengers showed up to pull him out of it. I think he had more of a kinship with the New Avengers roster than the main team…but there’s no general dislike there. All Stark had to do to get him on the team was bribe him with beer lol

That is reason Frank Castle AKA Punisher, and Logan AKA DUH.... Like Spider-Man. In fact Spidey may be Frank's one true friend in the Marvel Universe more so than Daredevil.

It's because Avengers didn't help Xmen when they get attack by a non mutant humans. You will know it while Logan talking about his PTSD to X-23 in the movie

Honestly, this is probably why if I was in the Marvel Universe and was a superhero mutant then that's why I would want to join the X Men more than I would the Avengers. It feels like I'm fighting for something to believe in rather than just doing a job as a hero; while I would still do the latter, I would still want to stand for something when being on a superhero team.

He probably hates the avengers because of the superhuman registration act and all that civil war junk. That's probably why the humans were able to kill all the x-men in this world.

There are more people on the Avengers roster than Logan has probably butted heads with before, while the X-Men you might get Scott and Charles from time to time but they are his family.

It’s not so much the avengers he dislikes. There’s probably two major factors that go into it really. One is Logan is a mutant, first and foremost. Mutants are looked down on as test subjects more than anything. They’re the underground heroes, the ones who have a more negative rep. Even the X-men’s intentions were questioned by the government more times than not even tho Charles legitimately wanted to save people. Whereas the avengers were always advertised in a way more positive light. Every member of the avengers were basically celebrities. Captain America being the face of that, they were just always seen more positively. I think Logan recognizes that and probably has some ill feelings about how much better they’re seen by the public versus the X-men. Secondly, he HAS been recruited by the avengers multiple times and each time he felt more like an asset of theirs more than he did a trusted ally. He feels alienated by them. Therefore, he doesn’t feel like he’s a part of that family.

I believe that you have nailed it straight on. You rightfully describe the AVENGERS, as a job, and far less personal. The X-MEN, literally are his adopted family..brothers and sisters, sons and daughters, aunts and uncles, and-so-on. As you said, he cares for them all, young and old.

X-MEN, Punisher, and Berserk. That is all.

Wolverine is my favorite character in comics, in my opinion he has a lot on his mind, and I guess family is more important when he needs them the most... The X - MEN is my favorite comic when I was growing up the Avengers came in second...
In the movies the Avengers became my favorite and the X-MEN came in second.. My favorite artist in the X-MEN comics is Jim Lee, I liked it when he did the Artwork in the 90 ' s..
My favorite storyline is Blood Ties where the X-MEN and the Avengers had to work together as a team... Too bad Wolverine wasn't in it, but he wasn't in it because of the Fatal Attraction Storyline before it.. Logan had to take a vacation away from the X - MEN because Magneto liquefied his adamantium and yanked the whole metal at of him which made him feel emotionally useless to his family..

That is what I have always loved about the X-men. They are a family. And even if Wolvie leaves and does his own thing for a little while he always comes home eventually. Like Casandra said in the Deadpool Wolverine movie "Charles really loved you, " as she said that to Logan I teared up. It was so true. I think Charles Xavier had a special place in his heart or Logan because often times Wolverine would seem so lost, yet so loyal. Although they fought and disagreed, they were still family.

I'll be honest. Being a superhero in the Marvel Universe has SOME Merits, overall...it sucks. The people there hate you and despise you if you're either a Mutant or a certain wall crawler, the teams Do not work well with each other unless the need arises and often times will butt heads all day, everyday more often than not.

While I love Marvel heroes and love it more when they work together as actual heroes and teams...the stagnation and constant "Oh, we have to have Mutants be hated and the others heroes treat them differently despite all the times we've helped each other." Status quo is bullshit. Nuff Said.

For me, I'd probably work with Doctor Doom if I were in The Marvel Universe.

If i were a hero in the marvel universe and was good enough to be in the avengers i would definitely do it but i can see how it seems more like a job than it does a team. Kinda like playing on a major league ball team compared to playing in little League with all your closest friends.
I imagine that the avengers do have some kind of bond other than that of coworkers and more like brothers in arms but when it comes to the X-Men or the fantastic 4 that's a family like kind of team. Both kinds of teams are needed in that universe but the family type bond will always be stronger

Yeah, Wolverine would rather die for his family, than die forhis 9 to 5. I can respect that.

I cant remember the issue, but i remember seeing an image of ironman saying that xenophobia was ok and wolvie was like hold the f up, what?

Like he said "X-men would take anyone."

Justice felt the same way. He liked and thought more fondly of the New Warriors than Avengers.

For similar reasons that the Avengers feel more like a job than say a family like the New Warriors.
