Having just one super power is useless.
- Shapeshifting is useless unless you also have the ability to realize objects on a molecular level. Shapeshifting into another face doesn't make you move the facial muscles the same way. It definitely won't let you behave the same way.

- Telekinesis is okay, but it depends on the magnitude of the power. Not that it can deflect bullets unless you can see or feel them (before they hit you).

- Invulnerability (and immortality, super healing, etc.) could mean being trapped under a collapsed building or mine shaft or any other place where you'd be stuck. You need super strength to go along with this one to avoid hell.

- Hardlight constructs suffer the same fate as telekinesis. You can't stop bullets unless you have super sense. Of course, having super sense means you'll hear and see noises all the time, even when you sleep. Also, hardlight is flashy. People will know you have super powers.

- Telepathy lets you spy on everyone. You'd need super ethics to not turn into a super perv.

- Super speed means you'll be naked most of the time since your clothes will just rip apart every time you go too fast. Also you need super sense again so you won't run into a wall at mach 3. Hell, just stomping around at super speed will probably give you a super bone fracture. You'd be constantly pulling super Gs.

- Fire manipulation is useless unless you are a chain-smoking Amish or a fire fighter. Seriously when was the last time you actually needed fire in your life? Even my stove is electric.

- Super strength runs into the opposite problem of invulnerability. Even if your muscles can produce enough force to lift a truck, it doesn't mean your finger bones can handle the torque. Useless without invulnerability.

- Invisibility is like telepathy. Great for super pervs, not so good for everyday life. Also your clothes don't go invisible so you'll be running about nude. Also cars might run you over when you cross the street.

- Flight again needs invulnerability. Air is really cold up high and the human form isn't exactly aerodynamic. Fly too fast and you won't be able to open your eyes. Fly too high and you'll be freezing your ass. It might save you time (and money) on commute, if people aren't freaked out you floating around. (or if you're in 'Merica, getting shot by random gun owner).

Maybe it's just me but, Water Manipulation is way cooler than Fire. You'd have have almost 75% of the planets surface to play with. And that's just the actual water... just sayin'.

Zatanna's power is really nice! The ability to speak words backwards to speak spells, she can literally do anything she wanted. She could fly, go invisible, get super strength, breath fire, etc.

I think I'd want an accelerated healing power, but I would not want to be immortal. Seeing my loved ones die while I remain would be more of a curse.

Shapeshifting. Think about it; it is by far the most versatile power. Think of Alex Mercer. Youd never be injured, because if you broke a bone you could just shift it into an unbroken one. You could become anyone, essentially making you the most powerful person alive in terms of wealth/polotics. And when it comes to being a super hero, you can shift your bones into blades, hollow your bones and grow wings if you need to fly and expand your muscle mass and size for strength.

Time control should have been first, i mean you can do anything, rob, run away, kill in plain sight, defend, torture, etc. It depends on how much you can control it and what the rules are.
