I have tried a lot of natural deodorants and the ONE natural, aluminum-free deodorant that I can honestly say I LOVE is Sol de Janeiro RÍO DEO. It smells soooo good and also actually WORKS! My new fave deodorant.

Before I tried this, I kept trying out different natural deodorants for YEARS but would always end up back to my tried and trusty Dove lol. But RIO DEO really is the truth!

Hailey had me dying throughout this whole video. Listen hygiene is always important but there's something about the summertime that will have someone knock you out if you don't stay ready and clean. I'm one of those natural deodorant girls- even in the summer but I don't PLAY! I exfoliate and mask up with ACV, I even rub my underarms with lemons or lime before and after my shower. I always keep deodorant with me when I'm out and reuse it every hour and a half. I actually stay good. lol

i love the discussion of natural deodorant because for some ppl it’ll work for, others it will not and there’s a lot of factors contributing to both those outcomes. Some of these factors include diet, alcohol/drug usage, water intake, hormone balance, microbiome, genetics and more! reminder: sweat is typically odorless, its the compounds (like in garlic and onions) and bacteria present that contribute to unpleasant odors :)

YES with that comment about natural deodorant 😩 I tried to go back to natural deodorant a few weeks ago and it was a huge mistake…my armpits were soaked. Regular deodorant for me!

Y'all please go in with an anti-bacterial soap first like Dial before going in with Dove body wash. The smell stuff is not going to get rid of the odor, use it after the base cleanse❤
