Family Dinner | Poutine Done RIGHT! | International Dish
For family dinner we are creating another international dish. This is a poutine recipe anyone can do.

Recipe:
Gluten Free Poutine Gravy
4 Tbs (1/2 stick) Butter
4 Tbs Gluten Free Flour
3/4 Tbs Granulated Garlic
1/2 Tbs Onion Powder
1 Cup Beef Broth
1 Cup Chicken Broth
1 Beef Bouillon Cube
1/4 Tbs Apple Cider Vin
1/2 Cup Water

I really enjoyed this video! The dish sounded rather exotic, but I like how Tristan broke it all down, simplifying it - especially the secret sauce, that delicious gravy! It was so nice to see some of the kids getting involved too - life skills are so important!

As a Canadian, I’m so happy that you use cheese curds. This makes me so happy so many people you try to cheese and that’s not how it’s supposed to be done tip for next time you’re supposed to put the cheese curd first and then put the gravy on top because the gravy is supposed them out the cheese curds a little bit so I guess kinda like me.
