The "fix" was in from the start. The prosecution never had any intention of prosecuting this case. None whatsoever.

Prosecutor misleading with the incorrect law handed out to the Grand Jury weeks before and then misleading again instead of a simple "yes, it does". Mike Brown never stood a chance.

Mistake ?  this misdirect was intentional . she's quoting a Missouri Law from 1979. knowing full well what she/Prosecutor was doing.. and to come back  3 weeks later and acknowledge the error without pointing out exactly what was wrong (Cops canNOT shoot at suspects if they're running away.. in my mind this intentional blatant Lie and was a criminal act .. I hope the DOJ investigates this miscarriage of justice.. Both these Prosecutors and  Robert P. McCulloch  should lose their license to practice law. and the saddest part of this..  imagine the crap they pull to get an indictment. ( in secret)   Thank You Lawrence & staff . .

With a prosecutor like this, Darren Wilson didn't need a defense lawyer.

A Kangaroo Court is a judicial tribunal or assembly that blatantly disregards recognized standards of law or justice, and often carries little or no official standing in the territory within which it resides. Merriam-Webster defines it as "a mock court in which the principles of law and justice are disregarded or perverted".[1]
A kangaroo court is often held by a group or a community TO GIVE THE APPEARANCE OF A FAIR AND JUST TRIAL, EVEN THOUGH THE VERDICT HAS IN REALITY ALREADY BEEN DECIDED BEFORE THE TRIAL HAS BEGUN. Such courts typically take place in rural areas where legitimate law enforcement may be limited. The term may also apply to a court held by a legitimate judicial authority who intentionally disregards the court's legal or ethical obligations.

And another thing how can someone thumb down this video. I think people didn't watch the video in its entirety . Because if you did whether you are a Darren Wilson or Michael Brown supporter you should be sick to your stomach with what took place with the grand jury proceedings. Justice should be fair and impartial!

*The fraudulent grand jury decision must be voided!*

If I understand correctly, double jeopardy does not apply unless Wilson is actually indicted and tried. So there need to be 2 new grand juries convened: 1 for Darren Wilson, and 1 for prosecutorial misconduct. Those 2 should never practice law again!!!

What kills me is, millions of people believe justice was done here, simply because a verdict was rendered. FFS

Wow! That's what the prosecutors did? That's pretty fucked up. Should declare that a mistrial.

Prosecutors are unaccountable and cannot be exposed to legal sanctions for lying. Nor can they be sued for damages to those damaged by their lies.

This "alleged mistake" made the Grand Jury Decision not to indict for any "crime" inevitable.

These assistant prosecutors and the prosecutor should all resign and never practice law ever again! A NEW grand jury should be convened and New constitutional prosecutors should be appointed by The governor!

I don't see this "mistake" as a race issue but the system protecting it's own. I also see this "mistake" should be investigated by the state bar.

Not saying that it is morally right, but her job as a lawyer is to get her client off with the least amount of punishment. It was up to Michael Brown's lawyer to point out the wrong information in Wilson's lawyer's argument.

None of this matters when NONE OF THE SHOTS WERE FIRED WHILE HE WAS FLEEING.

Look at the autopsy. No shots in the back, all shots from the front at close range. Witnesses who said he was fleeing have almost all recanted.

The National Bar Association stands firm and will be calling on the U.S. Department of Justice to pursue federal charges against officer Darren Wilson. “We will not rest until Michael Brown and his family has justice” states Pamela Meanes, President of the National Bar Association.

Why don't they file complaint against them for handing out the wrong law ? In that case Feds can charge him the right way

"Does the supreme court overrule"

Lawrence says we learned "yes" in high school. This is only half right. The answer is "yes, sometimes."

What are those sometimes? Article 1, Section 8. Those are the limits of federal power. All else is State and local.

The District Attorney Office doesn't Shepardize their case law.  The District Attorney Kathy Elizaday should be tried for criminal negligence.
