The Stardust set in Terraria wasnt originally a JoJo reference, instead being a refernece to Algalon the Observer from World of Warcraft, but after the fans seemed so enthusiastic about it, the devs confirmed that it could be a reference if thats what you wanted, and later updated the Stardust Guardian to fit just a little bit better with the reference

In the game D4DJ groovy mix (mobile rhythm games, recommend watching the anime, oh and they're made by bushiroad) in the "Lyrical Lily : side Origin" story, in the 6th episode you can find The Lyrical Lily doing Jojo poses!! I'm gonna let you see the reference itself:)

What’s funny about the Stardust Armor in terraria is it originally was a completely different reference but then everyone was like “it’s called stardust and summons a spirit it’s a stand” and the devs apparently agreed and changed it from a turret that shoots explosions to Star Platinum.
