4 tbsp Rachel Ama’s jerk sauce
2 dates or 1/2 tbsp agave/maple sweetener of choice
1 tbsp tomato purée
1 tsp vinegar
Mix together
If blending and struggling to blend, add a small splash of water.

Handful of enoki mushrooms
1/2 cups all purpose flour /spelt flour
1/2 cups corn starch
1 tsp baking powder
Salt
