Mera Philips ha HD4938/01 model ka induction cook top hai jo 3 saal baad ab kharab huva hai..
Jaise hi cooktop power ON karta hu MCB trip ho jata hai..
Check kiya to dekha ki Neutral or phase me short hai.
Maine power cable nikal kar pcb me check kiya fir bhi short bata raha hai.
IGBT change kiya jo ki kharab hua tha fir bhi short mil raha hai..
Rectifier pcb se nikal diya hai fir neutral or phase me short mil raha hai kya problem ho sakti hai..

Prestige ka ceramic atlus 3.0 1200watt. Vs pigeon crystal glass favorite ic 1800watt.

same problem but the fuse goes off only when the coil is connected to the heater ...when I removed the coil and put the fuse it was working fine...when I again put the coil fuse blows off...and resistance of the coil is showing just 5-6ohms only ...what should be the reason

did you replace the IGBT? was it the same H15R1203 HGE320? Can the IGBT has the same H15R1203 but different HGE320? because I can't find the piece for my induction cooker. :(

Thank you very much for trying the English subtitles kept on blanking in and out I got my cooktop brand new from Amazon and it's always had an E3 but I don't know if I got the right product or not mine does not look like nothing like everybody else's inside so that's kind of confusing I can't find a rectifier bridge and most of the pieces don't look quite the same all right I was told it was a 2:20 but it had a 110 plug on it so I'm going to send you a picture and maybe you can help me find what I'm looking for so I can replace the filters capacitor filters the rectifier dial bridge and the igbt but the biggest question I got to ask you doesn't have the wrong plug on it and are we trying to put the wrong voltage in it well I tried to figure a way to upload picture to you but it won't let me

ज़ब बर्तन / load नहीं होगा तभी IGBT के collector और emitter पर कितनी voltage रहती हैं??
और IC के पिन पर कितने voltage रहता हैं both with load और without load?? Pls answer.. Thanks..

Sir ji, merey paas iBell ka ek kharap hua circuit board hay. Usmey do filer capacitor key jagah ek high filter capacitor lagaya hua hay jo 5 mf 275 V wali hay, lekin aur ek filter capacitor lagaya nahi hay. Aur usmey inductor coil bhi nahi hay, sirf jumper wire sey kam chala diya. Mera prashn hay ki kya yehi repair karna sahi hay?
