I couldn't agree more, Homeless, mental illness and drug dealers growing rapidly elsewhere Downtown Vancouver and in areas such as Yaletown, and of course the West End. Not surprising people were moving out. And for the record, Tenants are the center of this Property businesses and there are several protocol that landlords must obey. Its not all about money.
